For the third consecutive year, Netflix is set to stream two NFL games on Christmas Day. According to Jordan Schultz, one of the matchups will see the Green Bay Packers visiting the Chicago Bears.
Both teams are also scheduled for Thanksgiving contests. The Packers will face the Los Angeles Rams in the first-ever Thanksgiving Eve game, while the Bears will travel to play the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day.
The 2026 Christmas Day schedule includes two games on Netflix and a third on Fox. Since Christmas falls on a Friday, having three games that day is unusual but not unprecedented for these teams.
Netflix is broadening its NFL offerings this season. Besides the two Christmas games, it will stream the Week 1 Australia game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams, the Thanksgiving Eve game, and a Week 18 game with playoff implications.
The other two Christmas games—one for Netflix and one for Fox—have not yet been revealed. There are unconfirmed reports that the Seahawks might host the Rams in Seattle on Christmas.
