The Road to the Green Jacket

Excitement is building as the 90th edition of the Masters approaches. Rory McIlroy enters the week with a target on his back as he attempts to defend his title at Augusta National following his historic playoff victory last year. However, a deep and talented field is ready to challenge him, eager to prevent back-to-back triumphs at this prestigious major championship.

Scottie Scheffler, currently the world’s top-ranked golfer, enters the tournament as the betting favorite. Despite not having competed in several weeks, his focus remains sharp, and he is accompanied this week by his newborn son, Remy, who arrived at Augusta on Sunday at just nine days old.

Other major contenders include Jon Rahm, who recently snapped a winless streak on the LIV Golf tour, and Bryson DeChambeau, who remained in the mix for the duration of the tournament at Augusta last year.
