The Nature of the Controversy
Brown took to a Twitch broadcast on Sunday to vent his frustrations regarding the team's loss and the performance of the referees throughout the series. During the stream, the Celtics guard claimed that the officiating crew maintained a specific bias against him, particularly regarding offensive foul calls.
«They keep saying, like, there’s push-offs and stuff like that. Do you know how many players do that? That’s the common play, a basketball play. Every player does it. So why are you targeting me?» Brown stated during the broadcast.
